4. Modification / Deletion / Content

2. Deletion: You can delete your data on request at support @ homelog at any time. Note that the accounting data will be kept for a period of 3 years.
3. Content: You have the possibility to ask in writing to Homelog s.a., (39a Hamoir Avenue, 1180 Uccle, Belgium) a copy of the personal information held by the site. If your request is compliant and your identity is properly controlled and validated, we will send you within 40 days the answer to your request.

5. Security

We put all our efforts in research and development of the most secure means of your data. However, we can not guarantee the total security of your data both in terms of transmission and storage.

6. Update of the charter

We reserve the right to make changes to this charter at any time. If any changes are made, we will update the date of the last update at the top of this page. If you do not agree with these changes, you can delete your account on request at support@homelog.be. Further access and use of the site will be subject to approval of the revised Data Protection Charter.
